Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Mobile Device Support Analyst based in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. As a part of our team, you will be at the forefront of troubleshooting, managing, and documenting IT issues. Your main focus will be on iOS and Mobile Device Management, ensuring the smooth operation of mobile devices within our organization.Responsibilities: Manage and troubleshoot IT issues, acting as the primary contact for the Help Desk department. Handle mobile device management, particularly with iOS systems, ensuring efficient operation and inventory control. Reset passwords for mobile devices and implement streamlined processes for enhanced system efficiency. Manage Help Desk tickets, staying on top of all support requests. Utilize cloud technologies, specifically Azure, to support various tasks. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, manage legacy data, and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain and manage accurate customer credit records. Offer support in managing and troubleshooting issues involving Palo Alto Firewalls and Cisco Networking. Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in supporting Apple Devices is required Experience in Mobile Device Management and Mobile Device Support is necessary Familiarity with Android iOS and Apple iOS is desirable Interest in expanding Networking exposure including Palo Alto Firewall and Palo Alto, and Cisco technologies Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile devices Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users and team members Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Willingness to keep up with the latest developments in mobile technology Relevant certifications in Mobile Device Support or related field would be advantageous.Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
