- This position is responsible for development, analysis, and maintenance of systems that capture, interrelate, and report data for the client.
- This includes, but is not limited to, applications that focus on teacher licensing, data collection, school setup, documentation, customer management software, and reporting applications.
- These systems require extensive knowledge and experience developing complex applications, reports, and relational databases.
- This person will be a member of a team practicing the Agile\Scrum development methodology, where traditional software development methodologies may be used for special assignments.
- The candidate will perform coding and programming tasks for both front-end and back-end applications and internet services.
- This position is also needed in order to meet the agency’s strategic goals and initiatives, providing value and support to education system.
- The focus of this position is to perform .NET development using Microsoft Stacked Technology or current software.
- Database development will be performed using Oracle or SQL Server, or current database.
- Under general supervision of the Team manager, the person in this position is responsible for performing the work of an analyst/programmer.
- This person works closely with others to accomplish project objectives, or independently to accomplish daily work requirements as a member of the team.
- Objectives, priorities, and deadlines are established in consultation with the program area leaders, the IT managers, and/or project manager.
- Development, enhancement, and maintenance of application programs and procedures following Agile/Scrum Methodologies
- Serve as applications programmer for new and existing Internet applications using Microsoft Stacked Technology.
- Analyze existing systems; provide design recommendations for improved performance and data integrity checks.
- Design, test, debug and document new complex programs/procedures and make revisions to existing programs/procedures to meet the changing needs and requirements.
- Develop and update documentation for customers and other applications technology staff.
- Integrate and coordinate development efforts with other programming staff.
- Participates in all Scrum ceremonies and meetings.
- Works with other technical specialists to help prioritize technical needs in projects.
- Develop Agile user stories, estimates, and schedules with the other information technologies or program area staff.
- Monitor the progress of projects.
- Analysis and design of new CRM systems and maintenance or enhancements to existing systems
- Experience in both functional and technical side Dynamics 365 Online Customer Engagement
- Experience in Dynamics 365 workflows and Power automate flows
- Experience in developing Plugins, Custom workflows
- Experience in Dynamics 365 Marketing Module
- Experience in writing scripts behind CRM forms
- Experience in designing CRM Security roles, Business rules, Routing rules and Case Creation rules
- Experience in Implementing and maintaining power applications portal web forms, entity forms, and entity lists.
- Hands on experience with .NET framework, MVC, Entity Framework, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML
- Experience in Ribbon workbench creating custom buttons
- Experience in data migration using SSIS
- Experience in Building CRM OOB reports, Power BI and SSRS reports
- Experience with advanced web development technologies like REST, JSON, OData, jQuery
- Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, designing and development using JavaScript, CSS and HTML solutions as well as utilizing development tools provided within the Dynamics 365 customization environment
- Thorough understanding of MS Dynamics CRM Architecture and experience in xRM applications by using custom code
- Knowledge of and ability to use the .NET development using Microsoft Stacked Technology or current software.
- Ability to perform application web development using HTML, JavaScript, or jQuery, or most current web development tool available.
- Ability to work on complex relational database systems.
- Ability to perform database development and design using Oracle PL/SQL or SQL Server.
- Ability to perform systems analysis and design.
