Now Hiring: Professional Janitor/ Custodian/ Commercial Cleaner (Washington County)

We are looking for skilled, dependable, detail-oriented, professional custodians to join our growing team in the West Bend and Kewaskum areas! If you have experience in commercial, janitorial cleaning, we want to hear from you.

Job duties include:

Routine cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitizing surfaces

Clean and disinfect restrooms; restock supplies (soap, paper towels, tissue etc)

Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper waste disposal

Wash windows, class doors and mirrors as needed

Follow established cleaning schedules and safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 2+ years of professional janitorial/ commercial cleaning experience with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

✅ Expertise in commercial cleaning with knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies and safety practices

✅ Clean background check

✅ Fluent in English

✅ Reliable transportation within our service areas

✅ Independent Contractor role (flexible scheduling via our app)

✅ General Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)
