We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Photographer to join the NIQ Brandbank Studio team. This role is responsible for capturing high-quality, print-ready product images at volume while maintaining strict quality standards and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced studio environment, works effectively both independently and collaboratively, and has a strong understanding of product photography, lighting techniques, image quality standards, and workflow management.This is a full-time position.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality, print-ready images of grocery and consumer products to support data collection and digital content requirementsEnsure all product images are clear, accurate, legible, and comply with NIQ Brandbank quality standardsMaintain high productivity while consistently meeting image quality expectationsPrioritize workload according to SLAs, internal service KPIs, and business requirementsManage daily photography workflow, product organization, and studio shelving systemsResolve photography-related queries and issues in a timely mannerProcess urgent and rejected products within established KPIsMonitor image quality and minimize rejections through strong attention to detailIdentify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance studio operationsCollaborate across studio functions as required to maintain operational productivity during peak periodsEnsure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and data confidentiality requirementsMeet daily image production targets and departmental performance metricsMaintain an organized, safe, and efficient studio environment
