The clean and well-lit facility features tall ceilings and is divided into cells where trailers are assembled. The environment is heated in the winter but not air-conditioned in the summer, which can make it warm during the summer months. The plant is divided into three areas: machining/fabrication, assembly, and paint shop. The assembly area can be noisy due to air tools but is not consistently loud. There are approximately 100 employees, and the current shift is from 6 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Thursday, with mandatory Fridays as needed.
