Press Brake Set-Up OperatorResponsibilities

Set-up, adjust, and operate brake press and punch press.

Set-up dies and gauges, adjust ram stroke to form materials.

Work from drawings, specifications, patterns, or templates.

Use scale, protractor, fixed angle, and radii gauges.

Sort and package parts.

Verify quantity and quality of material.

Move raw material to and from production areas as necessary.

Operate overhead crane while moving product.

Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures related to safety and conduct.

Vesting of company contributions occurs on a graduatedscale over a six-year period.➢ VACATION – Prorated the first year.
