We create an environment where our employees are proud to work and can make a positive impact    Job Summary  The Principal Business Information Security & Solutions Architect is a customer-facing, senior-level role that blends the strategic expertise of a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with the technical proficiency of a Solution Consultant. This hybrid position, akin to a Business Information Security Officer (BISO), focuses on architecting secure, scalable customer workflow solutions on the ServiceNow NOW Platform for financial services clients.   The role requires deep knowledge of regulatory and audit matters (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX, and FINRA), hands-on experience with platform architecture, and the ability to engage C-level executives to align technical solutions with business objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will lead complex pre-sales engagements, design innovative solutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards, driving confidence in our platform’s ability to deliver value.  Strategic Solution Architecture:Design and architect secure, scalable customer workflow solutions on the ServiceNow Now Platform, tailored to the unique needs of financial services clients.  Develop technical roadmaps that align with clients’ business strategies, ensuring seamless integration with existing and future technology landscapes.  Define data architecture frameworks, including metadata, integration, and security models, to support real-time insights and regulatory compliance.  Leverage cloud-based data solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS) to enhance workflow performance and scalability.    Regulatory and Audit Expertise:Act as a subject matter expert on financial services regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX, FINRA), advising clients on compliance strategies and audit readiness.   Implement data governance frameworks, encryption, masking, and auditing techniques to ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory adherence.   Conduct data quality audits and develop remediation plans to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.  C-Level Engagement and Thought Leadership:Build and maintain senior executive relationships (e.g., CIOs, CISOs, CFOs, BISOs), articulating the business value of ServiceNow solutions and their impact on top-line revenue.  Present strategic and technical content at the CXO level, translating complex technical concepts into business outcomes.  Provide thought leadership by challenging clients to rethink workflows, security, and digital transformation strategies, drawing on industry best practices.  Pre-Sales Technical Leadership:Lead complex pre-sales engagements, collaborating with Solution Specialists and cross-functional teams to deliver proofs of concept (POCs), demos, and RFI/RFP responses.  Partner with customer architects and technical leads to design solutions that integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, data lakes).  Support the broader pre-sales team by sharing insights on ServiceNow best practices and industry-standard approaches to workflow and security challenges.  Platform and Data Expertise:Advise on the design and architecture workflows using ServiceNow’s AI-powered tools, reusable components, and configurable playbooks to automate processes and enhance productivity.  Design and implement ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from diverse sources (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake) into unified workflows.  Optimize platform performance using cloud-native technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Databricks) and big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).  Team Collaboration and Mentorship:   Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business analysts to deliver end-to-end solutions in an Agile environment.  Mentor junior team members, leading technical training sessions to foster skill development and ensure adherence to architectural standards.  Contribute to the development of ServiceNow’s global business services by sharing insights and influencing platform strategy.  Education:   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.  Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow CSA, CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Certified Professional Data Engineer) are highly desirable.
