This is a group of highly experienced, driven resources chartered to ensure the success of the Enterprise implementations through mentorship, risk mitigation, strategic thinking and product expertise, process and knowledge transfer to the enterprise solution consultants.This role actively shapes the professional and personal development of the enterprise solution consultants. The goal is to empower the entire consulting team and our partners by providing the right level of support, coaching, and mentoring to ensure success in customer implementations. Having a people first mentality is critical to our success.Qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience in a role that requires expert level implementation guidance on the UKG Pro service platform. Recent project completions who have used the most relevant versions of Pro would be ideal candidates. Expert level UKG Pro product knowledge Expert level Integrated (Pro + Dimensions) project knowledge Baseline competency level of Dimensions product preferred Experience leading implementations and coaching 2nd chair resources Clear and concise in communicating information Must be consultative, organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and responsive Must be self-motivated and results-driven Stays current on all new product capabilities and understands how to use them Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities Driven to present solutions, not just problems Bachelor’s degree preferred Ability to travel up to 50%Company OverviewHere at UKG, Our Purpose Is People.
