Process Engineer. This is a 12+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Milwaukee, WI(Onsite). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:- Create Equipment Installation verification Test plans, perform test and document.
- Support Equipment purchases and installation.
- Responsible for the Document Change Request process from submission to completion.
- Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement projects.
- Work closely with department supervisors, trainers & document control group.
- Ensure documentation complies with current GMP & GDP standards.
- Drive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing advanced manufacturing. cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production.
- B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical degree.
- 2+ years experience or recent graduate in production or equipment engineering.
- Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures.
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization.
- Proven ability to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments.
