Process Server

We are presently seeking an additional process server to cover Milwaukee County and possibly the surrounding areas. The role will be offered on a contractual basis, with varying work volumes. This part-time position will be on an as-needed basis, allowing for flexibility in scheduling and workload.

A strong candidate for this role would possess current experience as a process server.

The main job of a process server is to deliver or serve legal documents to parties in a court case.

A potential process server must meet the following requirements:

Personable and trustworthy

Ability to work variable hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Have your own reliable transportation, driver's license, and car insurance

Be computer savvy; our attempts and affidavits are all done on a computer or smart phone.

Have access to a printer, computer, scanner, and smart phone

Be at least 18 years old and a Wisconsin resident

Able to pass a background check

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
