The Program Manager will play a key role in our efforts to build and scale an innovative Performance experience. This role will work to improve how we collect insights about employee and people manager performance and take action to improve performance across Meta. Success in this role requires building a deep knowledge of our existing performance process, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, designing enhancements, driving cross-functional input, owning communication and go-to-market efforts, and measuring progress over time. They will also be responsible for assisting in the execution of the current performance process. They will collaborate with a range of partners, including HR Business Partners, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, People Analytics, and People Engineering to design and support an innovative manager experience.Required Skills: Program Manager, Performance Responsibilities:Thoroughly understand the current-state Performance experience and partner with People Analytics to continuously measure effectiveness and experience

Identify and recommend improvements to internal processes related to the Performance experience, designing for inclusion and with a user-centric approach

Conduct ongoing research (interviews, focus groups, etc.) to understand and evolve the performance experience

Keep all relevant teams and stakeholders up to date and aware of project/program launches and opportunities for collaboration

Partner with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to drive consistency in how we evaluate performance across Meta

Partner with Manager Effectiveness, Employee Listening, and HRBP teams to align on philosophy and approach for collecting feedback on people managers, sharing that data, and holding managers accountable for strong people management capabilities

Partner with the Employee Relations team to understand performance management philosophies and processes. Align on goals and hand-offs between teams

Partner with People Engineering to develop products to support the Performance experience

Prepare correspondence and presentations, as needed, for status reports, executive updates, meetings, annual planning, etc.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:7+ years of work experience in HR, program design or consulting

Experience helping global organizations scale

Experience with project management, program design, and change management at a global company

Experience operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment

Proven communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, and teamwork skills

Experience using data and insights to develop targeted programmatic efforts to address problems and opportunities

Interested about Meta’s mission to bring the world closer together and just as interested about supporting the people working to make this mission a reality

Experience generating creative ideas, prototype, and develop a plan to execute

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:BA/BS degree or equivalent HR work experience
