Duties and Responsibilities:Lead, coordinate, and manage all phases of assigned construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols.Collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, engineers, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure effective communication, project alignment, and successful execution.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and milestones.Manage project budgets, track expenses, review financial reports, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure financial goals are met.Identify potential risks and issues in projects, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure project success.Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.Lead project meetings, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and maintain proactive and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.Foster a culture of safety by promoting and enforcing safety policies and procedures on construction sites.Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices across projects.Mentor and develop project team members, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth.Develop strong relationships with clients, retain current repeat clients, and identify and nurture prospective clients.
