Property Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a fulltime maintenance technician for apartment complexes in Madison, WI. You must have 5 years' of prior experience in apartment maintenance or related field (carpentry, plumbing, HVAC).

Responsibilities

Perform minor electrical repairs.

Perform minor plumbing repairs.

Perform all other maintenance related duties as they arise.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in apartment maintenance or similar position

Required to participate in the rotating on-call schedule. If end of month turnovers fall on a weekend, work may be required.

Possession of a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle for transportation during working hours.

Salary: $30 + per hour. Plus $300 sign-on bonus after completing probationary period.
