Hi

I need the following job done in a vacant house

- Install strike plate in door - $40

- Clean 120 LF gutter - $100

- Replace approx 86 LF of wooden soffit and Fasci, no paint included (43 LF Soffit and 43 LF Fascia) - $300.00

- Remove overgrowth - $50.00

- Take photos of all sides of the property and report any damage. - $10

Total Fee - $500.

Requirements - Need to take before during and after photos using PPW App. If you are not familiar with PPW, I will teach. It is simple.

I will need one photo ID before I can send you the job.

Payment: Same-day payment via Zelle, Cash App, or ACH upon completion of the job according to the instructions.
