Real Estate Signpost Installer & Remover - $22.50/Hour Cash

Drive a company provided box truck to install and remove heavy real estate signposts for when real estate agents list a new property. Basically, you will drive in a post anchor with a sledge hammer to install the signpost and then use a pick-axe or farmer-jack to remove signposts.

Most of the installs/removals are in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington, and Ozaukee counties. Occasionally, Sheboygan, Racine, Walworth, and Jefferson counties are involved. This is a Monday through Friday (except for major holidays) arrangement. Start time is 9:00am-CST every morning. Must be able to lift, carry, and load 50-pound signposts. No smoking or drinking on the job. Other tasks include picking up signs and organizing them. The pay is $22.50 per hour in cash.
