- Identify and gather requirements, translating into scalable solutions to address company-wide issues and make processes more efficient while adhering to Salesforce best practices
- Develop and maintain APEX code, technical documentation, and test classes for all custom development
- Understanding of Salesforce APIs used to integrate with other systems in the organization
- Manage all aspects of Salesforce suite of products including Sales Cloud, Salesforce Maps, HVS, Tableau CRM and Inbox
- Review and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions; implement as needed
- Management of third-party applications including OwnBackup, InGenius, and Sales Cloud
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Salesforce configuration changes, including Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Conduct data loads to Salesforce and data extracts using Salesforce Data Loader
- System maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and Optimizer
- Create reports and dashboards
- Acts as a leader and regularly coaches others in area of expertise
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge of Sales Cloud, Salesforce Maps and Tableau CRM with 5+ years administrative and development experience
- Development experience with Lightning Web Components, APEX Classes/Triggers, Visualforce
- Development experience with REST services, JavaScript, XML, CSS, HTML, SQL
- Working knowledge of Source Control Management tools (GIT)
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented analysis and design
- Strong knowledge working with relational databases including design, management, transformation, and migration
- Basic knowledge of Azure Active Directory, SAML, and OAUTH
- Experience with Marketo application a strong plus
