Wright Weber Management is seeking a responsible and hands-on On-Site Property Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our properties. This is a on-site position, meaning you will be required to reside at the property while managing maintenance, tenant relations, and general upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic maintenance tasks (must have your own tools).

Deliver notices to tenants (late rent, lease violations, move-out notices).

Complete required property forms (12-hour entry notices, move-out inspections).

Maintain property upkeep (trash pickup, patio inspections, dryer vent cleaning).

Handle seasonal maintenance (snow removal, lawn care, weed pulling, leaf raking).

Address tenant issues and ensure positive communication.

Occasionally assist with leasing duties (show apartments, sit in the leasing office).
