Be honest, positive, professional, energetic, upbeat, and willing to go above and beyond to EARN your commission (the lazy and entitled need not respond).
If you love people, phones, and technology, you will excel at this.
Paid draw bi-weekly at a rate of $10/hour. Commission for each month pays 45 days after close of month. Since you won't see your first commission check until halfway through month #3, there is a rookie bonus available for Month 1 performance that can earn you up to $1500 on your 3rd check (nabbed $1K of that myself as top performer out of my 10 person training class).
If you're reasonably competent or at least coachable on some basic to intermediate sales skills, you'll earn at least $3500 in the slowest month (April) and you'll approach or exceed $10K in the busiest months (September through January).
If you learn B2B during your first year, then that April commission can get as high as $20K.
These are no BS numbers.
