Rough Carpenter

Organization Profile: Flanagan Home Builders LLC is a growing construction company specializing in rough carpentry of new homes. We work with local well known builders doing the rough carpentry for their residential homes. Most of the work is single family homes.

Job Overview: We are looking for a candidate with 1-3 years experience, but are willing to train. Candidate must be able to support Foreman and other crew members to complete new home construction. This includes sawing, nailing, helping set trusses, clean up of job site, etc. Must be able to work with the team or on your own to complete the tasks for the day. We are looking for the candidate to start as soon as possible. We travel all over Southeast Wisconsin, so a reliable vehicle is required.

Job Qualifications: Knowledge of construction including practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, and safety is preferred. Ideal candidate either has some knowledge of carpentry to be able to work on his/her own or is motivated to quickly learn and support the rest of the crew. Must have basic tools needed for the job. Excellent opportunity for someone to grow with our company. Must provide own transportation. Ability to stand on roofs and climb ladders is required.

Compensation: We offer a weekly pay check. Starting pay is dependent upon experience. Vacation time is awarded on an accrual basis. Paid holiday time. Group dental/vision plan and more! Yearly bonus is given at the discretion of the owner.
