JOB DESCRIPTION

Our DET RE Sales team is hiring! You will be responsible for acquiring or selling properties for the investment firm by negotiating with what we purchase, and at what price. This includes frequent phone, text, and email communication with buyers and sellers, as well as in-person meet-ups with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend daily team meetings and engage in weekly one-on-one sessions with the General Manager to align on objectives and progress.

Foster and nurture meaningful client relationships at a senior level to enhance business partnerships.

Lead negotiations on property pricing to ensure optimal outcomes for both clients and the company.

Conduct daily property comparisons (comps) to stay informed on market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive sales efforts and exceptional customer service delivery.

Maintain consistent performance in meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily basis, ensuring sustained effectiveness in the role.

PAY STRUCTURE

Salary: $684/week OR commission whichever is greater (minus taxes)

10% of Gross Assignment fee when $10k and under, 12% of Gross Assignment Fee for anything over $10k.
