Description We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Associate for our plant store. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting employees with the ordering of company uniforms. Key responsibilities include maintaining an updated inventory of uniform stocks, providing product information, helping employees in selecting the right sized uniforms, and processing their orders.The role also requires keeping track of all order information through excel sheets and updating them regularly to ensure that all the data is accurate and current. Basic excel skills are therefore a prerequisite.Requirements The ideal candidate will demonstrate good interpersonal skills and a high level of commitment to customer service. Attention to detail and refined organizational skills will also be beneficial for this role. Previous experience in a similar field or in a plant environment will be highly regarded but not essential. This role directly reports to the Plant Store Manager.Sales Support Associates play an integral part in ensuring our employees feel confident and comfortable in the uniforms they wear to work each day.
