One of our top major appliances manufacturing clients is in search of a talented SAP Data Architect to execute the work on data planning, strategy and execution.This role will be responsible for the building, managing and maintaining of a repeatable data load and migration process for SAP implementations and work with the SAP Data Lead and Data Migration team responsible for identifying, extracting, cleaning, mapping, loading both the master data sets & transactional data sets from multiple sources into SAP system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Adhere to Data Governance/Best Practices• Create ETL designs & builds• Assist with data loads• Manually transform Data from Legacy System to SAP loadable values• Manually load Data from Legacy System into SAP system• Execute automated data loads via SAP or other automated tools• Work with PBOs & business SMEs to verify data and troubleshoot/correct errorsPosition Requirements/Qualifications:• 8+ years’ experience• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related degree• 2+ full life cycle implementations of SAP would be considered an asset• Experience with Infor XA preferred• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written• Ability to interact with SME’s and other project team members in a project setting• Successful teamwork experience (collaborating on group/team projects)• Shows dedication, discipline, commitment• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements• Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies• Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative- ID: #48916187
