We are a local landscape supply company looking to fill 1-2 part-time, seasonal customer service positions. We are looking for individuals that are self-motivated, have a professional customer service attitude, and are ready to hit the ground running in our fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive hourly rate; negotiable depending on experience.

This is a seasonal (Mar-Sep) position that offers a flexible 20-40 hour week with some Saturdays required. Depending on applicant pool, we can be flexible with scheduling two individuals (am/pm), or alternating days. This position has opportunity for growth, and the potential to extend beyond our "busy season".

Our retail hours are M-F (7am-5pm), and Saturday (8am-2pm).

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers

- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about products & pricing

- Create sales orders and process payment

- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in QuickBooks

- Communicate effectively with customers & colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

- Some filing and other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, accurate with simple math calculations

- Dependable

- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but willing to train

- Friendly disposition and a positive attitude

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
