Seeking General Maintenance Tech - $35 an hour (Milwaukee)

I have 3 units in Milwaukee that I run as an Airbnbs. I am seeking a general maintenance person to work as needed from 11AM (check out time) - 4PM (check in time). Must have:

- 1-3 years' experience

- own tools and transportation

- general knowledge regarding maintenance issues

- be comfortable with lifting equipment and supplies

- ability to text for communication

- ability to help with preventative maintenance (furnace filters, changing smoke detector batteries, etc.)

- flexibility to help with snow removal / salting, as needed

Any items that are purchased for a job will be reimbursed (with prior approval). $35 an hour and must be flexible.
