JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Role Snapshot The Senior Compliance,

Ethics and Privacy Specialist serves as the Office of Foreign Assets

Control (OFAC)/Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/ Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Compliance Officer and is responsible for managing the OFAC Compliance

Program. The Senior Specialist will support all lines of business and

perform the functions required by the Compliance program including

conducting internal investigations of potential violations of the Code

of Conduct, investigating and reporting privacy incidents, developing

and presenting training, reviewing conflict of interest surveys, and

other compliance program projects and initiatives. This role is

responsible for coordinating certain external audits for the Health Plan

division. As a Senior Compliance, Ethics and Privacy Specialist, you

will: Serve as the OFAC/BSA/AML compliance officer and facilitate

workflow reviews related to exclusion list scans Conduct investigations

of compliance concerns or misconduct and suspected privacy incidents.

Coordinate annual updates of the Corporate Compliance Program. Support

the maintenance of corporate policies. Contribute to and/or coordinate

communications such as intranet articles, compliance newsletter,

corporate compliance survey, Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week, and

compliance training materials. Assist Compliance management with the

reviews of Conflict of Interest surveys. Coordinate certain external

audits for the Health Plan division. Salary Range $75,000-95,000 The

base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range

based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. How do I
