Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
  • Expert Object Oriented Programming Skills (JavaScript, Java, Python, Shell Scripting.)

  • Demonstrates technical leadership to team.

  • Ability to provide technical Guidance for desired solutions

  • Ability to make Design decisions and input on crucial decisions.

  • Partners with business functions and product management to define, determine, analyze, document and communicate the business requirements and priorities for our solutions.

  • Works with application and technical experts on the solution design, implementation, support, maintenance and enhancement of the information systems utilizing agile methods.

  • Provide feedback and guidance for common solutions by connecting engineering and non-technical partners.

  • Ability to capture new channels coming in and work with the team to get an understanding as to what is needed and create/implement the right integration patterns.

  • Ability to put technical requirements into documented format for other engineers to digest and deliver it.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-5 years professional experience required
  • 3-5+ years of experience working with modern engineering tools, languages and practices
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, ownership mindset and continuous learning
  • Experience developing solutions using agile methods
  • Mentor for the team and department
  • Advanced skillset in one or more technical platforms
  • Capable of communicating between product, engineering, and the business
  • Manages own time to meet objectives
  • Ability to perform peer reviews on code and design
  • Solid understanding of design patterns and architecture
