Service Technician

Other duties may be assigned; however, the core duties of this position are as follows:

Residential & Commercial Services

o Cleaning of interior & exterior windows, screens, and windows sills.

o Power washing brick, siding, and concrete

o Gutter cleaning

o Work at ground level as well as use ladders to reach upper floor windows

o Use typical extension poles or water-fed extension pole and water purification system.

o Use of pressure washers and backpack sprayers
