Due to Kwik Trip’s continued growth and success we are adding a

Full-Time ServiceNow Developer. While best known for our product and service offerings to our 8 million retail guests each week throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa, a lesser known fact is beautiful La Crosse, WI is home to our ever expanding 140+ acre support campus. Our La Crosse Campus includes a wide variety of production facilities, distribution center, truck maintenance facility, transportation/logistics, store construction, fuel trading, sales, and pretty much every support department you can imagine a 32,000 coworker strong organization would have.

Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Information Technology Department is seeking a ServiceNow Developer. This person will be responsible for design, development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform, applications, modules, and services. The ServiceNow Developer’s primary responsibilities are to:
  • Development of low-code workflows, business rules, and user experiences
  • Assist with project and enhancement management within an agile framework
  • Responsible for the growth, integration, and adoption of the platform by other business units
  • Work with functional teams on strategy, planning, and alignment
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: deliver functionality across applications; support the entire development cycle; assist with incident resolution; follow Kwik Trip’s Change Management process for all applicable project activities; communicate project status’, risks, and issues to all project resources and stakeholders.

Qualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent degree from a two year college or technical college in an IT related field, as well as two or more years’ relevant experience. Candidates should also possess knowledge of the following:
  • Applications supporting Service Delivery processes
  • Workflow Configuration
  • Application UI Configuration
  • Developing information requirements and taking a project from conceptualization to implementation
  • Scripting experience is preferred in the following languages: JavaScript, HTML
Additional qualifications include: strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to present and explain technical information to all groups of people (management, users, vendors, technical staff) in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding; ability to perform at a high level within a fast-paced and high pressure environment; ability to effectively work independently as well as in a team environment; ability to prioritize and manage multiple enhancements while meeting aggressive deadlines.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Weekend and non-business work hours may be required as needed.
