Role: ServiceNow Lead Developer Work location: MILWAUKEE, WI (Remote) Duration : 6 Months JOB DESCRIPTION Strong experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) in ServiceNow, Hands-on experience working on SaaS (Software as a Service) based tools (Service Now), with focus on implementing ITIL processes. Involved in Requirements gathering, Designing, Development and Implementation of ServiceNow. Implementing Service Catalog, Incident Management, & Change Management with extensive knowledge on Content Management System. Responsible for the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM suite, Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping. Worked on integration using external SOAP and REST based web services. Customized various Business Rules, Client Script, Script includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, UI Actions in ServiceNow CSM.
