Position Title: Site Superintendent – Nuclear Manufacturing   Reports To: Director, Nuclear Manufacturing & Subcontract Principal Responsibilities: Responsible for on-time, and on-budget execution of manufacturing, assembly, wiring, testing, and final inspection of nuclear-qualified equipment within our West Milwaukee facility. Coordinate daily shop-floor activities to ensure efficient workflow, adherence to production schedules, and compliance with quality and safety requirements. Manage receipt, staging, control, and protection of materials, tools, fixtures, and equipment to prevent loss, damage, or misuse. Manage sub-contract workforce staffing levels and collect, review and sign their service reports and other required and appropriate documents in a professional, accurate, neat and legible manner and submit them in a timely manner and in accordance with established guidelines.Maintain strong communication with manufacturing management, quality, engineering, and project teams. Prior to the beginning projects, review, print and prepare document packages as necessaryEnsure all work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and applicable codes and standards. Have the ability to understand documents, drawings and work plansMaintain all company issued equipment, vehicle (if applicable) and assets in a safe and proper working order. Operate tools, equipment and vehicles in a safe and responsible manner. Notify supervisor of any deficiencies for resolution.Follow all established safety rules and procedures, established by Konecranes Nuclear Equipment and Services and have a strong commitment to safetyPlan and participate in monthly safety meetings.Other duties as assigned by Director of Nuclear Manufacturing.
