The Social Media Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator is responsible for following approved brand guidelines to produce creative content for all digital platforms and design work to create brand awareness, build brand loyalty & increase sales. This role will work diligently to connect the community with our brand and our venues like Luxe Golf Bays (https://www.luxegolfbays.com/) and other properties at Ballpark Commons (https://www.visitbpc.com/) to the region.Responsibilities:Social Media & Campaign Management

Manage assigned social media account profiles and presence

Administer the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content

Maintain content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns

Engage with social media community

Monitor, listen, and respond to audience in a social way

Manage brand sentiment and reputation

Learn, observe, and implement marketing and community engagement best practices

Stay up-to-date on posting guidelines and requirements for assigned major social media channels

Assist in the development of marketing and promotional ideas/campaigns to increase customer engagement, attendance, sales, etc.

Design / Layout & Asset Creation

Leverage approved creative and established brand guidelines to ensure consistency amongst all mediums

Perform graphic design following brand standards & approved templates

Perform photography/videography for content when necessary

General

Anticipate future account needs and always be working ahead

Work hand in hand with all departments to keep lines of communication open

Other Duties as Assigned

Desired Qualities:

Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

A creative thinker and a good writer

Must have an interest/passion in the sports industry

Basic photography and videography skills

Excellent communication & customer service skills

Able to multi-task, prioritize, and pay attention to detail

Highly motivated with a positive attitude

Able to work as part of a team

Passionate for social media
