This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the Department of Corrections (DOC) Software Engineer IV development and testing are well-conceived so that BTM implements high quality systems that support the work of DOC and other State agencies. location: MADISON, Wisconsinjob type: Contractsalary: $41.66 - 46.66 per hourwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:Develop, test, and document computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems, work closely with project team to clarify program objectives, formulate plans, outlining steps required to develop program, using methodologies such as structured analysis and design or object-oriented development, capture requirements using industry standard development frameworks and tools, convert project specifications, using industry standard tools,such as object-oriented tools and code generation, into sequence of detailed instructions and logical steps for coding into language processable by computer, applying knowledge of computer programming techniques and computer languages, replace, delete, or modify code to correct errors, analyze, review,and alter programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements, assists users to solveoperating problems. qualifications:- Experience level: Experienced
