RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Software Engineer -ServiceNow in Milwaukee, WI.
Summary:The Software Engineer will be responsible for the design and oversight Governance Risk and Compliance, Third Party Risk Assessment and Business Continuity capabilities in ServiceNow. You will collaborate with customer to define the best roadmap for GRC/IRM implementation taking into consideration dependency of other process and functions. The position requires a good level of communication with Business, translate business requirement to technical requirement, also documenting user and process requirement as technical architecture.Responsibilities: Software Engineer will support GRC/IRM implementation Knowledge on Enterprise Security, Risk, Compliance and Third Party Risk requirements Conduct product demonstration and consultation Design solutions following company and industry best practices Drives continuous improvement through process metrics and KPIs As a Software Engineer, you will be accountable for documenting the solution technically and functional wise Focus on leverage OOTB capabilities as much as possible Accountable for implementing any customization/configuration when agreed Software Engineers collaborate with the ServiceNow product owner of design and strategy of GRC implementation Participate on incident resolution and support operational teamREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceCertification: ITIL foundation (V3/4) Certified Implementation Specialist CIS Risk and Compliance CIS-Vendor Risk ServiceNow Administration ServiceNow scripting 6 years of experience implementing ServiceNow 3 years of Risk and Compliance 3 years of SecOps ServiceNow experience required ServiceNow Scripting using JavaScript Development skill on JavaScript Development skill for interfaces when applicable (REST, SOAP, etc.) Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong consultive skillsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
