What's the role?

This role will be working on enhancing the customer support experience for end users and our support teams within the Technology Customer Success Department. Primary applications include Zendesk, Zendesk custom applications, The Technology Help Center Portal, Workato, TSC Portal, and integrations between Zendesk and other applications.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Applies engineering best practices in order to analyze and develop software solutions.
  • Develops software using established development and continuous integration practices.
  • Utilizes established monitoring and automation processes.
  • Conducts code evaluations.
  • Participates in setting team standards and best practices.
  • Expected on call rotation for support

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years professional experience required
  • Familiarity using continuous integration and deployment concepts
  • At least 1 year experience with specific technical requirements/platforms (i.e. JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, Python, Node JS)
  • Familiarity with public cloud and associated technologies (AWS, Azure, Containerization)
  • Experience writing Unit Testing in JavaScript/Jest
  • Professional experience explaining technical solutions to technical and non-technical staff
  • Zendesk experience a plus
  • Service Now experience a plus
  • Dev Ops skills, specifically with the AWS tech stack and GitLab CI a plus
  • IPaas software experience i.e. Boomi/Workato experience a plus
