You will collaborate closely with our client and leverage your expertise to identify top Finance and HR talent using creative sourcing strategies. Your ability to present data-driven insights and think outside the box will be instrumental in building a robust talent pipeline.Key Responsibilities:Partner with Intuit's HR and Finance teams to understand talent requirements and strategic goals.Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, professional networks, job boards, and market research.Analyze market trends and present data-driven insights to support decision-making.Engage with candidates, conduct initial assessments, and provide a positive candidate experience.Collaborate with hiring managers to present qualified candidates and facilitate the interview process.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.Qualifications:5 years of proven experience as a Strategic Sourcer, preferably in Finance and HR roles.Strong data analysis skills with the ability to provide market insights.Creative thinker with a passion for using unconventional sourcing methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Organization: Talent Solutions RPOSalary: $50+ per hourIncentive (if applicable): Not Incentive EligibleBenefits: ManpowerGroup offers a comprehensive benefits package to include Medical, Dental, Life insurance, and Disability for Staff and Consultants, as well as 401K.Reasonable accommodation during the interview process can be provided.
