Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Hybrid)

Role: Supplier Enablement Specialist - Integration & Data

Primary Skills: Administration

Role Description: The

Supplier Enablement Specialist must have at least 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Support the established Ariba supplier enablement process pre and post Go-Live for the various regional deployments related to purchase order enablement (email, cXML and EDI) and invoice enablement (PO flip, cXML and EDI). - Manage integration testing activities with suppliers within Ariba Test Environment, with SAP assigned integration Lead and properly document in company test system. - Effectively escalate issues to the supplier enablement Lead when issues are identified. - Develop and provide weekly KPI slides for leadership review of Integration testing and readiness. - Effectively escalate all supplier-related issues to the Supplier Enablement Lead in a timely manner if knowledge articles or previously provided guidance fails to identify or resolve. - Support Change Management Lead and Coordinator to analyze responses to change, i.e., readiness and change adoption, based on metrics, through referencing post go-live dashboards to build summary slides necessary for updating both the project team and leadership. - Assist in the facilitation of change management activities (i.e., scheduling and action items) and support supplier data and document management (file organization / categorization). - Contact vendors to inform of upcoming change and collect additional contact information. - Assist Catalog/Content Enablement Lead with activities as needed.

Capability Requirements: - Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, while still demonstrating the ability to pay close attention to the details necessary to deliver quality outcomes on-time and in an effective manner. - Proficiency with ERP/EDI testing, SAP preferred, with a basic understanding of associated code. - Experience in the corporate realm to have a general understanding of business acumen, with appreciation of business challenges and ability to obtain desired outcomes. - Interpersonal skills with ability to establish relationships quickly and building trust. - Ability to effectively work in partnership with client, consulting partners and contractors. - Results-driven with strong team collaboration skills and self-awareness. - Ability to gather and analyze data to identify and report out on key performance indicators. - Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
