In this role, you will be part of a team tasked with specing and delivering solutions to our client's customer base. This will include occasional travel to client sites to educate, advise and eventually install equipment they require. This is a Direct Hire opportunity and will be mostly remote plus up to 25% travel to these client sites. Please apply right away if interested! Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Expert VMware, vSphere, and ESXi Management: Showcase your mastery in VMware, vSphere, and ESXi to design, implement, and manage robust virtualization environments.

Disaster Recovery Expertise: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

Documentation & Process Creation: Create clear, concise documentation and establish efficient processes to enhance team productivity and service quality.

Hardware Specification: Analyze and determine hardware requirements to support current and future system needs.

Proven experience with VMware, vSphere, and ESXi

Strong disaster recovery planning and implementation skills

Excellent client interaction and communication abilities

Detail-oriented approach to documentation and process creation
