Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in the manufacturing industry based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role is for a Tax Manager who will be instrumental in executing various tax-related functions and ensuring compliance with international and indirect tax regulations. This role also requires proficiency in general accounting and strong excel skills. Responsibilities: Review and manage corporate tax compliance and tax provisions. Assist in international and indirect tax matters. Maintain accurate records of all tax-related processes. Review sales and state tax returns. Ensure compliance with nexus filings and state registrations. Utilize accounting software systems for tax-related tasks. Oversee the annual income tax provision. Ensure corporate compliance in all tax matters. Develop and maintain robust process and documentation systems.
