Technical Business Analyst / Scrum Master Location: West Milwaukee, WI area, but 90% remote, with 2x onsite per monthDuration: 6+ months with possible conversion to perm This Technical BA will be working toward the creation of new, better, or enhanced member-facing software and applications, and will be a liaison between the business users and the development team, developing functional specs, but may also chip in on technical specs, as well! This person will also stand in as a Scrum Master to lead the creation of boards, track milestones, etc Requirements:- 7 years of Business Analysis experience, specifically for software enhancement or application development efforts
- A background in Software Development OR an understanding of application design/software engineering
- Experience as a Scrum Master or with light PM duties
- Solid business knowledge of finance, banking, investments, insurance, or similar industry.
