Must be local to SE Wisconsin</div><div> </div><p>Our client, a boutique Technology Consulting Firm is seeking an Enterprise Application Consultant with a blend of skills acquired through previous consulting and industry experience. Need to be experienced with ERP or CRM implementation project management and business analysis to join this team as a Senior Consultant.</p><div>This individual will define end clientele requirements, work though ERP or CRM selection process, and guide the project team through implementation.</div><p>TECHNICAL SKILLS/PROFILE</p><ol><li>5-9 years of experience in information technology and business process improvement with a majority of the following characteristics:<ol><li>Minimum of 3+ years of management consulting firm experience</li><li></li><li>Experience with initiatives such as business system (ERP) selections and/or implementations</li><li>Experience with enterprise ERP applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O/BC), Oracle NetSuite, Epicor, IFS/Acumatica, Infor CSI, Oracle or SAP</li><li>Experience with CRM applications such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce</li><li>Manufacturing, distribution, and/or service industry experience</li><li>Experience with business process analysis tools and techniques and process improvement efforts o Experience with business analytics and reporting tools</li><li>Experience with merger & acquisition transition / integration efforts</li></ol></li><li>Extensive project management experience</li></ol><div>SOFT SKILLS</div><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills</li><li>Personal drive and perseverance to achieve results in fast paced environments</li><li>Willingness to continue learning new techniques and technologies</li></ul><div>TRAVEL</div><ul><li>Flexibility to travel US based on client requirements</li></ul><div>EDUCATION</div><ul><li>Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering or Information Systems</li><li>The following certifications are desirable: PMP, CMA, CPIM, CIRM or CPA</li></ul></body></html></p></body></html>
