- This request is for Desktop support services provided to the support to agency customers. This position provides expert level technical assistance in support and preparation of desktop supported applications and hardware.
- Requires extensive knowledge of and experience with desktop technology including, but not limited to, desktop operating systems, desktop applications, desktop hardware, laptop systems, desktop printer support, cell phones and other supported wireless devices and peripherals.
- This title receives escalated level support issues from the client’s Helpdesk systems.
- This position needs to be familiar with a variety of the concepts, practices, and procedures to support and deploy computers in an enterprise environment.
- The position relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- The position provides project support to permanent (FTE) staff. They independently perform a variety of tasks.
- They may lead and direct the work of others and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
