IRG is seeking a Telecom Network Analyst for its client at Madison, WI. Candidate must be at state of WI from day 1. This will be a remote work candidates have to be onste when required. Role: Telecom Network Analyst Duration: 2-year contract with possibility for extension Interview Process: In Person or Online via Teams Location: Madison, WI - Applicants MUST reside within the State of Wisconsin. One thing we noticed was a lack of knowledge or experience performing networking and troubleshooting. Lots of Level 1 or help desk techs. Be sure your candidate is willing to relocate to Wisconsin as this role resource must be a State of Wisconsin resident from day 1. Position overview: Provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on VoIP phone system upgrades and maintenance. Requires working knowledge of and experience with networking, mobile and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop operating systems, tablets, and smart phones (iOS and Android). Knowledge of Cisco networking and troubleshooting a plus. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. In-state, day travel in State-owned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible, but limited. This is a 100% remote position with office visits as needed weekly.
