Provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarilyfocused on mobile device management, deployment, and maintenance. Requires workingknowledge of and experience with networking, mobile and desktop technologies including, butnot limited to, desktop operating systems, desktop applications, PC hardware/peripherals,tablets, and smart phones (iOS and Android). Knowledge of VoIP and PBX telecom systems aplus. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. In-state, day travel in State-owned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible, but limited. This is a 100%remote position with office visits as needed weekly. Applicants must reside within the State ofWisconsin.
