We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow sales within a specific region of customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing the best solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Responsibilities:Capture & maintain accurate customer information for entire book of business within the assigned territoryDevelop and adhere to a comprehensive 12-week call plan to ensure that all assigned customers receive the necessary attention and engagement to drive sales growth.Responsible for gathering and analyzing information on key competitors to gain insights into market trends, customer preferences, and potential areas of opportunity for our products.Engage with all cross functional teams including Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Care to provide the best solutions for the customers in the assigned territory.Travel up to five days per week within the assigned territory is requiredAttend company meetings and supplier training sessions as required.Perform other duties as assigned as business needs change.
