Note:
- Position is available in hybrid or 100% remote with a preference for a remote employee that is available to attend on-campus events.

- Assists in mapping business processes using basic mapping methodologies
- Assists in the design, development, and implementation of data reporting and business intelligence systems
- Provides basic procedural and technical guidance to unit staff regarding technology usage and management
- Assists in the identification, development, and facilitation of unit staff training opportunities

- 1+ year of experience working in Workday HCM
- 8+ years of experience of Business analysis
- Experience in analysis, design, and/or administration of ERP access
- Experience performing complex data analysis and reporting
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and cross functional teams to improve business processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and oral including the ability to communicate complex or sensitive information effectively

- Experience working in a higher education setting
- Experience implementing Workday or other cloud ERP system
