Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and updating clients.
Process and organize documents, records, and files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Enter and update data in company systems and databases.
Assist in preparing and distributing reports, invoices, and correspondence.
Collaborate with team members to support administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative, office assistant, or similar role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
