Description:Read and comprehend welding instructions and structural drawingsVerifies correct quantity and quality of parts weldedLayout stitch welds; locations of weld and weld size for weldersWork from drawings, patterns, fixtures and specificationsLayout and operate both fuel gas and plasma hand torches for fitting purposesMove material using a forklift and crane according to standard operating procedure, safety regulations and practicesAssist with the welding of a WeldmentsPerform cleaning, assembly, and straightening operations as directed by SupervisionMay be required to perform the following welding processes: SMAW, GMAC, SAW & TIGAbility to comply with all quality policies, specifications and instructionsHire ALL Skill levels, apply todayAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
