Window/ siding help

I am currently hiring for siding/ window employment. Some construction exp. Preferred. Must be reliable. Year round work. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and not afraid of heights. Not looking to hire a crew. Must be able to get to Wilson Wisconsin Kwik trip every morning. Exit 28
