Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $14.25 / hourWhat you'll be doing as a Apartment Maintenance Technician:
Will be doing general maintenance on apartment units.
Cleaning out apartments and getting unit ready for new renters. Could involve painting.
Cleaning common areas.
Landscaping and mowing lawns on the properties.
Maintain all common areas, such as hallways and stairways, in a safe and clean condition.
Available shifts: Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)Job requirements:
Reliable transportation.

Communication skills and work well with a team.
