Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with our operational needs. This individual will be responsible for assisting in directing a team and executing the necessary tasks required to ensure all guest expectations are met or exceeded. Additional duties may be assigned.

  • Build sales and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop great customer relationships and satisfactory resolve complaints.
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Train new and current employees on great customer service and safety practices
  • Accountable for operational and quality standards for employees and guest.
  • Monitor weekly budget
  • Participate in interviewing and hiring applicants.
  • Participate in employee performance reviews and disciplinary process
  • Schedule and Coordinate meetings to ensure all team members understand all policies, procedures, marketing programs, etc.
  • Email and phone correspondence.
  • Administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Multi-task and time management.
  • Strong attention to details
  • Able to motivate staff in all operational areas.
  • Must have at least 2 Years of Full-Service Restaurant Experience – Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
  • Great listening skills and able to take directions from individuals in higher level positions.
  • Outgoing and great communication skills for working with a diverse staff, customers and vendors.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Alcohol certification/License and Food Handlers Certificate
